The Lookout Waterfront in Cape Town was roaring in cheer on Tuesday, April 16 as it was decked out in green for the much anticipated match between Manchester United and Barcelona. Heineken, the official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League, once again treated the who’s who of the mother city with its core aim to let football fans experience the game in an authentic premium way with great beer.
Attendees were not short of familiar players in the field such as Steven Pienar, Nasief Morris Thabo Nodada, Gift Links, Edmilson Dove, Thendo Mukumela, Harold Majadibodu, and Gerald Phiri. Guinness World Record freestyler Khris Njokwana was also in attendance while television presenter and actor Lunga Shabalala hosted the event.
Among the nights festivities, one lucky guest walked away with a Barcelona #10 Jersey, making the clubs win even worth more celebrating.
The party ended with an unmissable house set by Dj Lloyd- a great way to count down to the long Easter weekend with a perfect mini turn-up.
