In the midst of the ongoing brouhaha surrounding her much publicised split from her baby daddy, rapper AKA, DJ Zinhle remains focused on expanding her business empire with a series of lucrative business deals.
The celebrated South African DJ, who owns a jewellery collection, Era by DJ Zinhle, has just confirmed she’s dropping on Friday ( January 31) a new Valentine’s Day watch combo, Adore Edition, sold exclusively at American Swiss.

Wittingly, she captioned the post – showing images of a set of gold, silver and black timepieces – as follows: “Maybe love is complicated, but finding a perfect Valentines Day gift shouldn’t be.”
We were also stoked to learn this week that the mother of will be one of the headliners for Ultra South Africa next month.
Featuring the likes of South Africa’s own DJ Black Coffee, Afrojack (Netherlands), Dash Berlin (Germany), DJ Snake (France), Jamie Jones (UK) and Steve Aoki, the global dance music festival will be held at The Ostrich Farm in Cape Town on February 28, before coming to the Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg the following day, February 29.
The announcements came just a month after the launch of Jiyane Atelier, a furniture and décor business which she co-founded with her friend Brandon Reynolds.
The range is said to have been inspired by the DJ’’s vast travel inspirations, fashion and love for furniture.
Continuing to break the glass ceiling in a male-dominated djing industry, last December, the “Umlilo” hitmaker was crowned by DJaneTop – two years in a row – as the number one female DJ in Africa.
DjaneTop is an online website about female DJs, which was created in January 2017 to share latest news, music and mixes of female DJs around the world.
