Jardim, who succeeds Nadia Trimmel as she moves to a new position within the group, brings over 20 years of experience within Mercedes-Benz. Armed with a strong record of enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership performance, her new role will see her commit to driving innovation, digitization and exceptional customer experiences.
With a stellar 24-year career trajectory that began in sales and extended through various leadership positions, Jardim has been a central driver of the organisation’s healthy growth. Her consistent commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, which has seen her foster strong partnerships across the industry over the year is what sets her apart, Mercedes-Benz SA said in a statement.
“Throughout her tenure, Natasha has proven her ability to lead with a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering the highest quality of service and innovation. Her leadership in sales and dealer support has solidified her reputation as a visionary who prioritises the needs and aspirations of customers,” the statement further reads.
