The quickest payment route depends on how much you have won and how you bought your ticket.
Up to R10,000: Physical-ticket winners can claim cash over the counter at an authorised National Lottery retailer. Banking-app and online players receive winnings directly into their account or wallet.
R10,001 to R249,999: Banking-app and online players can claim through the relevant platform. Physical-ticket winners can use a Sizekhaya Regional Office, with EFT payments processed within the stated 72-business-hour period.
R250,000 or more: Claim in person at a Sizekhaya Regional Office after contacting the operator on 086 102 6000 or 0800 484 822.
