The latest 2020 unemployment statistics released by Stats SA spell more trouble for the ever-widening South Africa’s unemployment gap, which currently sits at 30.1% (in the first quarter of 2020) – an equivalent of 7,1 million unemployed persons.

More incentives in store for Avon sales reps
As the company further explained, being a sales representative for the world-famous brand comes with lots of incentives, including becoming a full-time beauty entrepreneur as an independent Sales Leader.
In this role, Leaders recruit and train a team of other reps. In 2019, Avon’s global independent Sales Leaders, which make up 4% of the rep base, collectively earned $273.5m (about R5 billion), demonstrating the earning potential that comes with this role.

A recent report by Statista indicates that the South African e-commerce will reach just over R62 billion in 2020 alone, and show a compounded annual growth rate of 10% for the next four years.
