A further 330 players matched four numbers for R372.20 each, while 9 852 players matched three numbers and won R18.70 each.
The biggest group was the 101 048 players who matched two numbers, receiving R4.80 each.
There was no rollover, with the rollover amount standing at R0.00. Total sales reached R2 530 986, generating a prize pool of R1 228 287.50.

How to play Daily Lotto
Daily Lotto costs R3 per board and gives players a chance to win by matching two or more of the five numbers drawn.
Choose five numbers from 1 to 36, or use Quick Pick to generate them randomly. You can play at a participating retailer, through a banking app or via an approved online lottery platform.
For in-store play, complete a betslip, select your numbers and the number of draws you want to enter, then pay for your ticket. Sales close at 20:30, ahead of the 21:00 draw.
If you play through a banking app, open the lottery or “Buy” section, select Daily Lotto, choose your numbers or Quick Pick, select the number of boards or draws and confirm payment.
