WITH LESS than a week to go before local music fans can witness in action one of South Africa greatest musicians, DJ Black Coffee has urged his 2-plus million followers to “go support their own” and “get their tickets” in a short Twitter video clip.
Already early bird tickets for the October 27 show are said to be been sold out with a limited phase 2 tickets expected to sell out soon.
Presented in association with MTN and MusicTime!, One Night with Sjava will be “a musical treat marked by the Afro balladeer’s distinctive style of positive, affirming and celebratory songs,” organisers say.
In an interesting twist, it has been revealed that the BET award winning artist will not be hogging the spotlight all to himself. A star-studded list of surprise acts is expected to be announced anytime soon, we have been told.
