Like the rest of the world, South African musicians are too becoming creative and doing everything they can to stay engaged with their fans. One such is house music sensation DJ King Ice, who has chosen to use his time constructively to offer comfort as a musician.
Hot on the heels of the release of his 4-track EP titled “Uthando”, the Johannesburg-born and based entertainer, born Arnold Nkomo, has decided to entertain Mzansi during COVID-19 national lockdown with some banging house mixes – as head this week on Ukhozi FM, where he kicked-of his weekly residency at 5.5pm every Tuesday.
His live set on both the Steve Madden Instagram platform, as well as his Facebook home page early this month were among the most talked about “lockdown live sets” across the country.
