Here’s why this Johnnie Walker Code Black pop up bar is the hottest party to be at right now

Johannesburg may have had it first, but Cape Town might just have it best with a 3 week tenure that stretches to February 23, setting the year off on a good party note

More than a century after it was first introduced, Johnnie Walker Black Label continues to set the benchmark against that which all deluxe whiskies are judged. Its ground-breaking, bold flavors, and exceptional quality – along with the remarkable balance, depth and complexity of whiskies matured for a minimum of 12 years – explains why it has remained the world’s number one blended scotch whisky.

The sophisticated and festive social offering was first introduced in June 2018 at Keyes Art Mile, Johannesburg, followed by the next installation in Melrose Arch in November. Now, the world renowned whisky brand, has moved the dynamic pop-up bar experience to Cape Town amid much funfare. The Johnnie Walker Code Black (#JWCodeBlack) bar kicked off on January 31 and will go on until February 23 at the Cartel Roof Top.
