America’s former First Lady, Michelle Obama, who happens to be a huge advocate of living an active lifes, took to Instagram and Twitter to share her favorite workout music, writing that she wanted to give “a little inspiration” to those finding it hard to stick to their New Year’s resolutions. 

“These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts,” Obama wrote.

A surefire to get you moving, the playlist features upbeat tracks like “Drogba (Joanna)” by Afro B, “One Kiss” from Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, “Soulmate” by Lizzo and “Clique” by Kanye West, Big Sean and Jay-Z.

If 90’s feel good jams are your speed when working out, Michelle Obama has that covered with hits like Jennifer Lopez’s â€œFeelin’ So Good” (feat. Big Fun and Fat Joe) and “Feels Good” by Tony! Toni! TonĂŠ!
