Just as he predicted, former U.S.A. president, Donald Trump, is going to be arrested, fingerprinted, photographed, and arraigned next week.
Trump was indicted Thursday after years of investigations into his business, political and personal dealings. The 76-year-old has agreed to surrender and hand himself over to the authorities – most likely on Tuesday.
No one knows what charges he faces. But everyone knows a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Trump, making him the first former president to face criminal charges.
Even though the charges remained under seal, media speculation was rife that Trump’s troubles were in connection with hush money he allegedly paid to a porn star for her silence.. Earlier this month Trump predicted he would be arrested and called for protests if that was to happen.
All eyes will be on New York, where Trump – whose lawyers insist is innocent – will be arrested in what is expected to be a public spectacle.
