How you claim your Daily Lotto winnings depends on the amount won and how you played.
- Secure your ticket: Sign the back and add your full name and ID number. Keep the original ticket safe and claim within 365 days of the draw.
- Up to R2,000: Collect your cash prize at an authorised National Lottery retailer.
- R2,001 to R49,999.99: Claim your winnings at an official Post Office.
- R50,000 or more: You’ll need to complete a claim form, bring valid identification and collect your prize in person at one of Sizekhaya’s eight regional offices. There is no online claim option at this tier.
For prizes above R50,000, bring the original signed ticket, valid identification and a recent bank statement.
