THE NEW YORK Fashion Week S/S 2020 ended on high note on Thursday with the ever fabulous Marc Jacobs conquering the stage with a parade of collections not short of OTT silhouettes, magic sequins, not to mention the wholly captivating ’80s inspired retro-futuristic spirit.

For many fashionistas looking for something completely Afrocentric, the New York Fashion Week’s Made in Africa showcase – featuring South Africa’s own MaXhosa Africa and Mozambican designer Eliana Murargy – provided just that.
